ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
A contract is not considered valid until an order has been confirmed. Maurizio Bini reserves the right to accept or decline an order and will send a confirmation email if the order is approved.
If an order is declined after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
An order can be placed through the mauriziobini.com online purchase system. Once the payment has been authorized, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. All confirmed orders are subject to final approval, which will be communicated through a “Shipping Confirmation” email.
Only the items listed in the Shipping Confirmation are included in the contract, and we are not obligated to fulfill orders for products that have not been explicitly confirmed.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products displayed on this website are available for purchase. However, if an item becomes out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then choose to place a new order for a different product or request a refund.
DELIVERY
We strive to process and ship all confirmed orders by the estimated dates provided in the Shipping Notification. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues. If this happens, you will be notified via email or other communication channels.
The term “delivery” refers to the moment when the ordered products arrive at the specified shipping address.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can reschedule by contacting our customer service or the assigned courier. The tracking code provided by the shipping company will allow you to monitor the status of your order.
Please note that product responsibility is transferred to the buyer from the first delivery attempt.
PAYMENTS AND PRICING
The prices of our products are listed on each product page and include VAT.
If a pricing error is detected after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately. You will then have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or receive a full refund for the affected product.

• Enter your shipping and billing details (if not already registered).
For tax purposes, it is mandatory to provide a tax identification code (TIN) or VAT number during registration.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
If a delivered product is damaged, you have the right to request a refund or replacement by completing the appropriate form within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Under Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, you may withdraw from this contract without penalty within 10 working days of receiving the products.

📌 Return conditions:
• Shipping costs for returns are covered by us only if the item is damaged. In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the delivery date.
• We are not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping; the customer assumes responsibility for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Maurizio Bini reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all content on this website is protected and cannot be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission from the respective authors.
COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
All communications should be sent via our contact forms, email, or other designated channels.
After completing a purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by a Shipping Notification once the order is dispatched.
FORCE MAJEURE
Maurizio Bini is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
• National or religious holidays
• Labor strikes or union actions
• Riots, terrorist attacks, or war
• Natural disasters
• Transport disruptions (land, sea, or air)
• Communication network failures
• Government-imposed restrictions
We will make every effort to process orders as soon as these events are resolved.
CONTRACT INTEGRITY
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Maurizio Bini. Both parties acknowledge that they are not bound by any additional agreements not explicitly stated in this document.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Maurizio Bini reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, the applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of order placement.
